Your plan stays in your browser
Neo stores checklist progress, chosen timeline, notes, saved guides, calculator scenarios and home-comparison entries in this browser’s local storage. This information is not uploaded to Neo by the planning tools. It is not an encrypted document vault. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to see it.
You can download your plan, or remove the saved planning data using “Clear my saved plan & comparison” on the My plan page. Clearing browser data also removes it. The tools work without an account; they do not sync between devices.
Website requests
Our hosting and network providers process the technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request information and device/browser details. This release does not add advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or third-party font requests.
Contacting Neo
The contact helper opens a draft in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you send that email. Information you choose to email will be handled through Neo’s email and business systems for responding to you and, where applicable, providing agreed services or maintaining required business records. Please send only what is needed for the initial conversation.
Links and questions
External websites have their own privacy practices. Neo does not automatically send your saved plan to them. For questions or requests concerning information you have provided directly to Neo, email [email protected]. This notice describes the platform released September 11, 2026.
